Please note: Employees and/or departments are responsible for their own directory information. To remove staff in the directory, select the Telecommunications option from:

To add a staff member to the directory or to change name, title, department, phone number, fax number, location/address, use the Directory Changes form. The information highlighted in green in the illustration is centrally managed by CITS.

Once you have a profile in the university’s online directory, use this form to add more specialized information to your university profile (eg photo, education, CV, educational interests, etc.). This not included title, service name, location and phone number.

Use the Custom Profile Request Form for the professional profile information highlighted in the purple illustration, such as your photo, education, resume, educational interests, biography, and more.
